I’m an Ecosystem Development consultant, facilitator & speaker
I am in a lifelong journey to better understand what it takes to help people grow to their highest potential at scale. This is reflected in my photography and media career, PhD researching collaboration at scale, leading a software development agency & more recently, spearheading the development of multiple blockchain ecosystems at Daostack, Cardano & Mina blockchains.
My years of experimenting in incentive design, community building, innovation management, and collaboration at scale have inspired thousands of people and projects. Witnessing this changed me as well. I am no longer just a believer, but a knower of the power that well-designed systems & practices have on the human capacity to innovate.
Outside of work I enjoy music & singing, ecstatic dance, boxing, and Vipassana meditation. I’m a direct communicator, strong in identifying high-leverage root-problems and focusing my efforts there. I love inspiring, mentoring, and supporting others.
